NHS Rotherham CCG Continence Service Award 2014

The Medicines Management Team at NHS Rotherham CCG, working with the continence nurses at The Rotherham Foundation Trust, have redesigned how Rotherham patients obtain appliances and access advice and care. The redesigned pathway has improved patient care, received excellent patient feedback and reduced costs. The Rotherham service model has attracted interest from numerous health organisations nationwide and was awarded, in May 2014, the National Continence Care Award which was presented at the House of Commons.
