Mental health consultation in Rotherham
A South Yorkshire trust is consulting people with experiences of Rotherham’s adult mental health services to help them plan for the future.
Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) is holding an event on Thursday 27 August at Swallownest Court Mental Health Unit, to involve local people in plans to transform adult mental health services across the borough.
Locality Manager Alison Lancaster said: “We believe mental health is everyone’s business and would like people with direct experience of our services, along with family members and carers to come along to give us their ideas about how they’d like services to look in the future.
“Their feedback will help us shape our services going forward.”
People are invited to attend the Aughton Road site between 12pm and 3pm, free parking is available and refreshments will be provided.
