It’s mental health awareness week and there’s never been a better time to think about improving your mental health and wellbeing.

We asked the people of Rotherham about the importance of looking after their mental health and everyone agreed that it’s something we must consider however, over three quarters were not aware of the simple steps they can take to look after it.

We’ve launched our Five Ways to Wellbeing campaign to help you – you’d be surprised how much getting more active or simply taking notice of your surroundings can make a difference.
