As the CCG came into being on 1st April 2013 we are only able to provide information from that date:

2013-2014       =          £1,802,145

2014-2015       =          £1,407,911

2015-2016       =          £1,258,182

2016-2017       =          £1,084,850

2017 to date    =          £1,059,015

The amount paid to Partnerships in Care:

2016-2017       =          £113,760

2017 to date    =          £   72,000

 

Under Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the CCG is unable to provide you with information regarding the location of the hospital due to the low number of patients (see response 6). Disclosure would contravene Section 10 of the Data Protection Act principles as there is potential to identify the person from the data if supplied.
