We are seeking some information from your organisation about access to treatment and would appreciate a response to the following question:

 Request 1

How many patients have been referred by their GP for elective care but have been unable to receive treatment because of

  1. a) being a smoker,

-           2014/15;

-          2015/16;

-          2016/17;

-          and the first two quarters of 2017/18.

 

  1. b) having a BMI over 30 for each of the following periods

-           2014/15;

-          2015/16;

-          2016/17;

-          and the first two quarters of 2017/18.
