No, Rotherham CCG does not have a formulary used by primary care providers.

In Jan 2014 Rotherham CCG GP Financial Incentive Scheme included one criteria relating to nitrofurantoin “Less than 10% of ALL nitrofurantoin prescribing to be as tablets (Items)”. This Financial Incentive Scheme was active from April 2013 to March 2014.
