Please confirm if in the last 24 months Rotherham have had any complaints or appeals raised on cases where X1 or X2 have been involved?

In relation to the appeals raised, Rotherham CCG does not hold the information in the format that you request, i.e. by individual staff. 

However I can confirm that 814 CHC cases were processed during the period August 2015 to August 2017.  Of the 814 cases 51 appeals were received. 

During the period the CCG received 12 complaints relating to CHC and not necessarily relating to DSTs or checklists.
