NHS Rotherham CCG was established on 1st April 2013, The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust has held the contract as follows: 

1st April 2013 – 31st March 2014,

1st April 2014 – 31st March 2016,

1st April 2016 – 31st March 2017,

1st April 2017 – 31st March 2019.
