Please include drugs and treatments you no longer fund for any patients, as well as those where you no longer fund them for patients who fail to meet certain criteria. Please specify what those criteria are for each drug or treatment.

There are no drugs that Rotherham CCG specifically no longer funds.

Rotherham CCG are not aware of any conditions that the CCG is routinely funding treatment outside of NICE there are no polices to support drug treatments outside of NICE.
