I am writing to request copies of the following: for the period since 1st January 2016 Any governing body minutes and papers concerning prescription of, and funding for, any stop smoking medications including any minutes and papers distinguishing between practices for different products and different groups of smokers. Any CCG communications with GP practices in the CCG area concerning decisions on the funding prescription of, and funding for any stop smoking medications. |
