Request 1 - Who are your current providers for community and secondary care dermatology services within your locality

Response 1 -  The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust who have a sub-contract in place with a local GP Practice. 

Request 2 - Which of these services are:  

  1. a) contracted as consultant led 18-week services 
  2. b) GPwSI services 
  3. c) primary care nurse services 

Response 2 - The Service delivered by The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust and the sub-contract it holds cover all aspects above. 

Request 3 - Has the CCG, since its formation, been made aware of any service capacity issues by providers? If so were these: 

  1. workforce capacity issues
