Request 4 - ICT Structure 

Response 4 - The CCG employs a Head of IT, who commissions IT services on behalf of the CCG and the General Practices of Doncaster. IT services and support are currently provided under SLA from The Rotherham Foundation Trust and IT programme management and data quality services are provided by Yorkshire and Humber Commissioning Support 

Request 5 - ICT Capital budgets and programmes 

Response 5 - The CCG has applied for funding for six capital programmes for 2016/17. These relate to the provision of IT services for General Practice (3) and the CCG (3) and are listed below:

• GP Local Area Network Replacement Programme, budget applied for £41,000
• GP PC Replacement Programme, budget applied for £111,000
• GP Printer and Scanner Replacement Programme, budget applied for £58,000
• CCG Email Service Replacement Scheme, budget applied for £63,000
• CCG Email Service Replacement Scheme, budget applied for £131,000
• CCG IT Servers and Network Storage Replacement Scheme, budget applied for £157,000 

All of these schemes are subject to approval by NHS England
